Jack was initially secured by owner & investment bankers to lead forensic accounting work after a blocked company sale threatened closure.  The company quickly restructured with Jack as acting President.  He led re-sized operations under extreme challenges with major creditors & suppliers, while directing crucial sales initiatives & design-warranty improvements.  Jack re-directed critical communications with authorized dealer networks, multiple owner groups & media.  Sufficient cash flow was generated to avoid bankruptcy & preserve the owner’s core assets – neither of which was thought possible.
